Implementation:

  • Three large tables seating 20 people each
  • Spacious dance area with access to the bar
  • Additional cocktail VIP room with sofas and a displayed sign: “HAVE FUN”
  • Gold-black decorations with green elements, decor and atmosphere kept in an elegant style of high class.
  • “Silver Buffet”, hot dishes, cold snacks, and appetizers served in an additional buffet at three time intervals.
  • Separate “sweet buffet” with desserts
  • The client extended the birthday party hours to 3:00 AM
  • Wait service throughout the event includes: three professional waiters, two bartenders, and coordination by an event manager until the end of the party.

The premiere of the movie "Pokusa"

The film producer has requested the organization of an event after the film premiere at Multikino Złote Tarasy for 150 people.
Reservation conditions:
Complete organization of the post-premiere meeting, closed event – a large number of well-known actors and celebrities.
Execution:

  • One separate space for invited guests, rearranged according to guidelines
  • A photo wall and red carpet at the entrance.
  • Welcoming guests with a welcome drink
  • Access to the bar – shortened menu with cocktails

Event format:

  • Standing party and buffet with cold and hot dishes
  • Additional cocktail VIP room with sofas
  • Waitstaff throughout the event: four professional waiters, three bartenders, and coordination by an event manager until the end of the party
  • Event with a guest list, two hostesses greeting and checking in guests, due to the image of the participants.

The client has requested the organization of a Book Premiere Event for the First Book “Path to Happiness” for 100 attendees. Reservation requirements:
  • Complete organization of the book launch evening in a spacious venue, ensuring guests feel comfortable.
Execution:
  • Two separate rooms for guests, rearranged according to the specifications
  • First room “Tarasola” with theater-style seating for a reading session of book excerpts for 100 participants.
  • Second room “Pepper” with a few cocktail tables offering sparkling and still water. Tables arranged in a scattered layout, allowing free movement and conversations with other attendees.
  • Access to a bar with a simplified cocktail menu
Event format:
  • Standing Party with a buffet offering cold tartines/sandwiches
  • Additional VIP cocktail lounge with sofas
  • Event staff for the entire event includes two professional waiters, two bartenders, and event manager coordination until the event concludes.
